*ATTENTION PARENTS*
The final two meetings for the class trip to Washington D.C. have been set.
There will be a parent meeting on Tuesday, March 22nd at 7:00p.m. at Fulton Jr. High in the main gym. Final invoices will be passed out at this meeting. Please do not make any final payments to the touring company until you receive and verify that your final invoice is correct. Any discrepancies in the amount of hours or dollars your child has earned/received should be immediately reported to our treasurer, Shane Brown dkbpsb@earthlink.net Any disputes must be reported by the end of the day on Friday, March 25. If you cannot make this meeting, invoices will be handed to the student at school on Wednesday, March 23. For those travelers that are due a refund (not to exceed the trip cost – not including insurance), checks will be made out in the name of the student and passed to them at school. This is no guarantee, but we expect refund checks to be handed out before the trip date. Students who still owe a portion of their trip need to make their final payments to the touring company in a timely fashion.
